We can hold events up to 150 guests comfortably for a seated reception or ceremony in our Atrium. However, our venue is rented progressively to accommodate events of all sizes with the use of our entire venue. Additionally, we have multiple meeting rooms to fit your group. Room sizes and capacities can be found on our room capacity chart.

For a full north venue rental wedding, you receive 12 hours with your facility rental including set up and event time. All events must conclude and be loaded out by midnight.

Yes, at the discretion of The Atrium Center, other events can be booked during your event day unless the entire venue is rented.

The Atrium Center can provide you with a list of preferred catering vendors, listed on our preferred vendor page.

We have an open-vendor policy aside from our in-house AV provider who manages our sound system. Your band or DJ will need to bring their own sound equipment. Please contact our events team for more information.

Outside alcohol is permitted but must be served by a TABC certified server. The entity must also provide The Atrium Center with their temporary alcohol permit for your event in addition to providing insurance with The Atrium Center & East Montgomery County Improvement District covered under.

Yes, all wedding ceremonies are permitted and may be hosted in conjunction with your reception. In addition to our Atrium, we have a beautiful outside event space, surrounded by our fountain and pond.

We utilize design software – Social Tables – which enables us to work closely with you to layout the room for your event.
